PTU

§ 2a Les PTU s'appliquent aux sous-systèmes neufs. Elles s'appliquent également à un sous-système existant lorsque celui-ci a été rénové ou renouvelé. Cette application doit être conforme à la stratégie de migration visée au § 4, lettre f).

§ 9 Les PTU se présentent dans un format en deux colonnes. Quand le texte apparaît sur toute la largeur de la page sans colonnes, il est identique aux textes correspondants des spécifications techniques d'interopérabilité (STI) de l'Union européenne. Quand le texte est scindé en deux colonnes, il est différent pour les PTU et les STI correspondantes ou autres réglementations de l'Union européenne. Le texte de la PTU (réglementations de l'OTIF) apparaît dans la colonne de gauche, le texte de la STI (Union européenne), dans la colonne de droite. Tout à fait à droite la référence de la STI est indiquée.

Article 8

UTP

§ 2a The UTP shall apply to new subsystems. They shall also apply to an existing subsystem when it is renewed or upgraded. The application shall be in accordance with the migration strategy referred to in § 4 f).

§ 9 The UTP shall have a two column format. Text which appears in full width without columns is identical to corresponding texts of the European Union Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI). Text which is split into two columns is different for the UTP and for the corresponding TSI or other corresponding European Union regulations. The left-hand column shows the UTP text (OTIF regulations), while the right-hand column shows the European Union TSI text. On the far right the TSI reference is indicated.

Artikel 8

UTP

§ 2a UTP:n ska tillämpas på ett nytt delsystem. Den ska också tillämpas på befintliga delsystem vid modernisering eller ombyggnad. Tillämpningen ska vara i enlighet med migrationsstrategin i § 4 f).

§ 9 UTP:erna ska ha två spalter. Text som står över hela sidan utan spalter är identisk till motsvarande text i Europeiska Unionens Tekniska Specifikationer för Driftskompatibilitet (TSD). Text som är uppdelad i två spalter är olika för UTP:n och den motsvarande TSD:n eller någon annan motsvarande förordning från Europeiska Unionens. Den vänstra spalten visar UTP-texten (OTIF-bestämmelserna), medan den högra spalten visar Europeiska Unionens TSD-text. Längst till höger är TSD-referensen angiven.

Article 12

National technical requirements

§ 1 Les États parties veillent à informer le Secrétaire général de leurs spécifications techniques nationales applicables aux véhicules ferroviaires. Le Secrétaire général publie ces spécifications dans la banque de données visée à l'article 13 des Règles uniformes ATMF. L'information est communiquée au Secrétaire général dans les trois mois suivant la date d'entrée en vigueur des Règles uniformes révisées. La disposition temporaire ne peut rester en vigueur que jusqu'à sa mise en vigueur ou jusqu'à la mise en vigueur d'une spécification analogue par l'adoption de prescriptions conformément aux articles ci-dessus. L'État partie peut, à tout moment, retirer la disposition temporaire et le notifier au Secrétaire général.

Article 12

Spécifications techniques nationales

§ 1 Contracting States shall ensure that the Secretary General is informed of their national technical requirements which apply to railway vehicles. The Secretary General shall publish these requirements in the data bank referred to in Article 13 of the ATMF Uniform Rules. The information shall be received by the Secretary General within 3 months from the day when the revised Uniform Rules enter into force. Such a requirement may stay in force only until it or an analogous requirement is brought into force through the adoption of prescriptions according to the Articles above. The Contracting State may at any time withdraw the temporary provision and notify this to the Secretary General.

Artikel 12

Nationella tekniska krav

§ 1 Deltagande stater ska se till att generalsekreteraren är informerad om de nationella tekniska krav som tillämpas på järnvägsfordon. Generalsekreteraren ska publicera dessa krav i den databas som artikel 13 i de enhetliga reglerna ATMF hänvisar till. Informationen ska vara generalsekreteraren till handa inom 3 månader från den dag de ändrade enhetliga reglerna träder i kraft. Ett sådant krav får vara i kraft endast till dess det eller ett motsvarande krav träder i kraft genom antagandet av föreskrifter i enlighet med artiklarna ovan. De deltagande staterna får när som helst dra tillbaka den tillfälliga bestämmelsen och informera generalsekreteraren om detta.
